Proposal Disclaimer & Agreement Terms

DM6A9427.jpg

Once a digital marketing plan is selected, a formal contractual agreement will be provided outlining all deliverables, terms, and expectations of our working relationship. Please note that this document serves as a proposal, and final terms will be confirmed within the agreement.

Disclaimers:

  • All packages are customizable and can be adjusted to fit your budget or evolving goals.

  • PR services are not included in this proposal and will require a separate quote.

  • The pricing listed covers only The Cait Collaborative’s services and does not include costs associated with additional tools, paid ads, or marketing platforms.

  • Each package includes three complimentary revisions to refine your strategy and ensure satisfaction during the early stages of our collaboration.

  • A six-month minimum agreement is required. During this time, additional services may be added, but existing services cannot be removed.

  • After six months, we’ll review performance and determine next steps — whether that’s continuing, adjusting, or extending your plan. (Most clients choose to extend to a year for optimal results.)

Client Payment Policy

As a digital marketing agency serving clients nationwide and operating with a transcoastal team, we prioritize efficiency, organization, and secure financial management across all projects.

To ensure timely and consistent payments, all contractor and consultant invoices are processed exclusively through HoneyBook. This platform offers the lowest processing fees while maintaining a streamlined, transparent, and secure billing process for everyone involved.

At this time, we do not accept cash or mailed checks, as these methods can create delays in both processing and recordkeeping.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership in maintaining a smooth, professional workflow. If you have any questions about setting up or managing payments through HoneyBook, our team is happy to assist.

All invoices are sent between the 20th-25th of each month and due on the 1st (or the 2nd if the 1st falls on a Sunday). A 5-day grace period applies. This schedule ensures timely consultant compensation and smooth operations across all client accounts.

Collaboration & Feedback Policy

We value open communication and true collaboration. Feedback should be submitted through Google Docs or email to ensure everything is documented and implemented accurately.

Our team is highly accessible, you can always reach us via email or phone. Responses are typically immediate to within one business day, and never longer than two business days. Any planned time away or out-of-office periods will always be communicated in advance.

We take pride in working proactively, staying ahead of deadlines, and paying attention to every detail. Our goal is simple: we’re not satisfied until you are. And while we hold ourselves to the highest professional standards, we’re also people, so please, come talk to us. Collaboration is, after all, what we do best.

Respect & Professional Conduct Policy

At The Cait Collaborative, we believe that meaningful collaboration begins with mutual respect. Our team is made up of hardworking professionals dedicated to providing exceptional strategy, creativity, and support. We deeply understand that marketing is a significant investment, and that entrepreneurship and leadership can be both challenging and deeply rewarding.

We ask that all communication with our team members remain professional, courteous, and respectful. If an issue arises, it will always be addressed swiftly, privately, and with professionalism. We welcome open dialogue, constructive feedback, and honest conversation, but we do not tolerate disrespect of any kind, including hostility, harassment, or unprofessional conduct toward any member of our team.

In the event that respectful communication cannot be maintained, The Cait Collaborative reserves the right to terminate services at the end of the current month to remain contract-compliant. Under such circumstances, the contract will not be renewed or continued for the remaining term.

Our mission is to build partnerships rooted in integrity, trust, and collaboration, and we hold ourselves to those same standards in every interaction.

Timeline & Delivery Policy

Our goal is to deliver work that is not only strategic and creative but also timely and organized. All monthly deliverables are completed one month in advance and sent to the client for review and approval before publishing.

Clients who provide their own content (such as photos, videos, or written materials) must submit all assets at least two weeks prior to the scheduled posting date to allow for proper planning, editing, and execution.

This policy ensures that campaigns remain consistent, polished, and effective, keeping all client content running smoothly and on schedule.

Ethical Marketing Statement

We believe in marketing that educates, empowers, and creates impact, not empty trends. Our approach is rooted in transparency, research, and strategy. Every recommendation, campaign, and creative decision is grounded in real data and tailored to your brand’s goals, not shortcuts or quick wins.

Mandatory continuing education is a standard within our team. Every member of The Cait Collaborative is encouraged to pursue ongoing learning, independent research, and professional development. When specialized expertise is needed, we collaborate with our trusted network of marketers, designers, and communication leaders to ensure our clients always receive state-of-the-art service and insight.
